Katherine Ros is a Director in KPMG's Public Sector practice in Management Consulting. Katherine brings over sixteen years of experience with the public sector and has worked with organizations at all three levels of government, within the broader public sector, and higher education. The focus of Katherine’s work includes advising on transformation within government and the broader public sector to achieve improved outcomes and efficiency. She has supported various organizations by identifying actionable options and opportunities to improve program and overall system design, including new approaches for the delivery of services. Katherine assesses the financial, operational and business impacts of opportunities for transformation, and guides public sector organizations to implement those that will yield the greatest benefit.
Prior to joining KPMG, Katherine was an Economist with the Province of Ontario for over 7 years where she designed programs and policies, developed business plans, and developed multi-year forecasts for health expenditures. Katherine has been a member of the TRG Board since 2012. Katherine also serves as a board member for the Quo Vadis Elementary School.
